A pattern based on the season of winter. When prompted to think about what patterns for winter wouldn’t be your generic ‘snowflakes and candycanes’ pattern, I realized that Valentine’s day, despite not seeming it, is a winter holiday.

So, I decided to pursue that with a more ‘icy’ take on it to embody the season. This was done with the blues being more used than the pinks, and the inclusion of ice swans.
